About Me

I have been working in high school, college and professional baseball for 43 years as a Coach as a GM and as a Scout. I am the owner and President of "Claudio Reilsono Enterprises" and under that umbrella: * Baseball Training * Speaker * Author * TV, Radio & Podcast production and on Air Talent * Landscaping Business * Golf Entertainment Business Through hard work and persistence, I have been able make my dreams come true. I want to help YOU make YOUR dreams come true. It wasn't easy, and it won't be easy. I have had to overcome my two wonderful, supportive parents passing. I have had to overcome people I love, people I've worked with, for making my journey harder than it had to be. I had to overcome 137 rejection letters....that I kept (and there were more) until one person believed in me. But that's all I needed. I had to deal with making $800 a year before I got my big break. It was not easy. Rejection, is not easy to deal with. It was not easy being laughed at nor knowing if I would succeed or fail. It just wasn't easy. But, I kept at it and because I kept at it, I have experienced some incredible stories and met people that I grew up watching and admiring. I've also been able to take care of my family. As for the business end of things, I have started a successful baseball training business and a successful media production business. I am the host of a TV boxing show which was picked up by a network and seen world wide. I host 2 different podcasts where I interview sports legends, business men and women and co-host a business podcast and a Pittsburgh based radio show. I am also co-host of another Pittsburgh YouTube Sports show. I wrote a book on the topic of leadership. " Lead from the Heart up, not the Neck up" How to create a positive, winning culture on the field and in the office. I speak to businesses, organizations and schools about my personal and business journey. I took over the landscaping business in 1988 that my Dad started in 1971 with 37 years of success. All of these businesses took work, persistence, and an "attack mode" approach. The business and personal parts of my life were tough. But once again, I had to be tougher. I had to overcome. I had to be persistent. I know that I have a "catalog of books" from all of my experiences in life that can and will help you with your journey.
