Refunds
Refunds for purchases made on Mentor Park are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@mentorpark.com within 3 business days of your purchase to request a refund.
- Refund requests must include your purchase details (order ID, date of purchase, item/service purchased) and a specific reason for the refund request.
- Mentor Park reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
- Certain purchases, including but not limited to digital products, downloadable materials, and completed mentorship sessions, are generally not eligible for refunds.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Transaction fees and platform fees (3%) may be non-refundable.
- Cancellations of upcoming mentorship sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- If a mentor cancels a session and it cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
- Mentor Park is not responsible for any losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from mentorship sessions or any services provided through the platform.

As part of our verification process, we may request documentation such as degrees, licenses, or certifications and review them for authenticity. Users should exercise their own judgment and discretion when engaging with mentors, particularly in specialized fields such as finance, legal matters, healthcare, or professional coaching. Mentor Park is not liable for any decisions made based on mentor guidance. We encourage users to conduct additional research or consult with other professionals before making important decisions.
