I founded You Are Not Alone Elder Care to guide families through this maze with compassion, clarity, and calm. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and End-of-Life Doula, I help caregivers understand what’s happening, what’s next, and how to find peace in the process. Together, we create care plans that honor dignity, safety, and joy. I help families improve communication, manage burnout, and restore confidence so they can focus on love instead of logistics.
